Can you help me choose my product?

If you have any questions about size, colour, suitability, price or anything else concerning one of the products we sell, please contact us and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible. We’re here to help you find the best products to suit your individual needs.

Can I order over the phone?

Receiving your order

When will my order be dispatched?

We aim to dispatch all orders next working day.

Orders received on a Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holiday will be dispatched on the next working day.

When will I receive my order?

Large items (paddle boards, kites, kite boards and similar) are shipped with a courier. As soon as the courier picks up the package, we will send the tracking information.

Due to Covid restrictions in place and courier network experiencing increased workloads, our customers are currently receiving their boards within 7-10 working days max.

Small items (air fresheners, fins, earplugs, other accessories and similar size items) will be sent by An Post and will arrive within 2-3 working days.

Do you offer next day delivery?

Due to Covid restrictions and couriers experiencing increased volumes, we no longer offer next day delivery option. But we are actively and regularly evaluating this and hope to provide this service to our customers again soon.

How do I track the status of my order?

For all boards and large items shipped with a courier, we will send tracking information as soon as the package is picked up. For small items shipped by Post, we cannot currently offer tracking information.

Are payments secure?

Yes. All payments are 100% secure and we never hold any credit / debit card details. Card payments are processed by the global secure payment provider Stripe. If you would like further details, please contact us.

How do I return an item?

How long do I have to return an item?

Items can be returned within 60 days, subject to the terms specified below.

How do I return an item?

If for whatever reason you are not satisfied with our product, we will accept return no questions asked within 60 days of the purchase date. Returned items must be in original packaging, clean, undamaged, unused and resalable condition (including original packaging).

Customers should contact us via email or phone before sending the goods back to us. We will either offer a full refund or product exchange option.

Can you send a replacement urgently?

If a replacement is urgent, it would be quickest to place a new order online first, then return the existing item marked for a refund.

How do I make a warranty claim?

If you have experienced a problem due to a manufacturing fault, we are happy to act on your behalf and contact our supplier to initiate a claim. To do this, please send an email to [email protected] explaining the fault in detail and include photographs clearly showing the fault. Photographs are essential when making a warranty claim.
